About the Role


Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for enabling enterprise impact through world‑class marketing and communications execution?


In this role, you will act as the key business partner and strategic interface between Marketing & Corporate Communications and cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring business priorities are understood, translated into actionable briefs, and executed with clarity, discipline, and measurable outcomes.

 

You will lead the end‑to‑end process of demand management, requirement scoping, delivery governance, and performance oversight. 

 

As a critical connector, you will align marketing initiatives to organizational objectives, manage cross‑functional dependencies, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery from internal teams and external partners.

 

All while also supporting continuous improvement of marketing governance, tools, and ways of working helping build a scalable, efficient, and impact‑driven marketing operating model that supports our rapid growth. 

 

This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

About You


Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years in marketing and corporate communications, gained within client‑side organizations such as airlines, retail, or hospitality, as well as agency or consultancy environments. 

 

You are expected to have proven experience translating business needs into actionable marketing requirements, managing senior stakeholders, and ensuring disciplined execution across multiple workstreams. As well as being familiar with marketing planning, project/traffic management, and the delivery of integrated, technology‑enabled campaigns.
